Is Brand King?

Let’s jump right into this. If you’re following us on social media, you’re well aware we care A LOT about brand and LOVE working with small businesses to squeeze new life into theirs. It’s where we get to be a little more creative and really bring the company to life and make it more than the product or service they strive to sell. I mean, have you ever loved a product or service because it’s great and worth your coin (money lol) but love it so much more because of what that company values, the experience they provide, or the overall look and feel of their “presentation”?

Moving On

In the online world content is King, we aren’t denying that. However, overall, brand rules the Kingdom and without it, you’re at risk for a collapse of the dynasty, if you will.

It’s our understanding not many small* business owners are yet convinced that this is a necessary step in establishing and building their business, but I bet they understand that over half of small bizz’s never make it past that five-year mark. Or that businesses who lack brand identity also experience low customer/client retention and even employee retention!

Guess what the not-so-secret secret is to overcoming those obstacles?

Brand, of course.

A business built to last is one that brands itself early on and commits to building on that every day.

(I don’t think we’ve said the words brand or business enough yet . . .)
